| Be Aware of Your Environment | ||||||||||||||||||||
| It's All in the Attitude If you answered mostly yes to questions one to five you are not handling your environment and emotions well, which could be causing you to overeat and/or give up on exercise. If a chain of events triggers a lapse in your diet, think about what is happening and see how you can change the situation. If you answered mostly yes to questions six to 10 you’re thinking in the short-term rather than looking at the longer goal: what a thinner, healthier you stands to gain. You give up easily whenever something requires a concentrated effort. Focus on what you will gain by losing weight. Make a list and post it EVERYWHERE, such as the fridge door and your bathroom mirror, so it can help you stay focused. |
