Low Carb Diet Improves My Health Studies

My birthday is today (and no a lady never tells her age, but let's just say I'm slightly younger than Cher) and there is no greater gift than to have a healthy checkup. If you ever doubted that a low carb diet plan, supplemented with a few important vitamins, could make your labs look like a 20 year old, then let me share with you my personal results. It will make a believer out of you!

I follow a moderate good carb diet with 40% protein, 35% low glycemic carbs and 25% fat as described in The Menopause Diet and I do one hour of high resistance Pilates twice a week.
